John has managed to blend healthcare, rocket science, and entrepreneurship into a roadmap for impact and change. In leading Quantum Reach (QR), he invokes innovative solutions to provide guidance for-profit and non-profit endeavors seeking to improve or disrupt the status quo. Before leading QR, he dealt with the challenges of the aerospace and healthcare industry. Here, he served as a senior executive for Aetna and Unum Corporation, overseeing business units up to $5.0 billion in revenue. He also ran a Canadian subsidiary for 5 years while being based in Toronto. Prior to this, he worked for Rockwell International on the Space Shuttle and other advanced technology programs.

John is on the Board of Directors for Trust Risk Management Services (TRMS), as well as two start-up companies. In addition, he is a Nationally recognized speaker on entrepreneurship. He serves as a guest instructor for Pepperdine’s Micro-Enterprise Program and has been a Global Fellow for the renowned IC2 Institute (University of Texas). He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council which consists of the top Black executives in America.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
