Jeff is the founder of  Ubiquity Entertainment Network Corporation, a start-up company offering a unique online entertainment media platform and social networking website. He has also helped launch other small business enterprises.

 

His background includes public accounting, corporate finance, business development, management consulting and taxation, in addition to working with two of the major CPA firms worldwide.  With over 30 years of experience, he has held senior management positions including, CFO, CEO, President, and Managing Director.  With his breadth of experience, Jeff specializes in developing corporate infrastructure, accounting functions and strategic planning needed in scaling companies.

 

Jeff is the author of a book entitled, “What Is Your Potential Quotient?”. This book is a teaching tool on the potential that exists in us and how to develop that potential in order to understand and live out our purpose and destiny in life.   Mr. Samuels holds BS in Accounting from Florida A&M University.
